Builder and connector
Sales & marketing across LogiNet and 22.design. But I got here through festivals, media production, and failed startups.
Turns out, briefing war correspondents and selling enterprise AI aren't that different. Both need clarity under pressure.
Hey, I'm Aron 👋 I connect dots between culture, technology, and business that most people don't see. These days, I channel that perspective into LogiNet, where we build AI solutions that make it into production. And 22.design, where we create websites & no-code apps built to convert 🎯 But I didn't start here. The journey went through festivals, war zones, failed startups, cultural centers under attack, and a psychedelic guitar band touring Russia. 👇 Festivals, war zones, wine.

The best solutions are simple. Getting there is the hard part. Whether I'm positioning an offer, implementing AI, building prototypes or shaping teams, the job is the same: find the version that works and cut the rest.
Turning complex B2B offers into something a buyer can repeat back to you, then building the funnel and the go-to-market around it.
Helping teams adopt AI without the hype. I start with the workflow, then decide what's worth automating.
Taking concepts from sketch to working prototype: small builds, fast validation, and an honest call on whether to keep going.
Reading markets, spotting gaps, moving fast. Polishing offers until they click, pivoting when the data says so, and entering territories others overlook.
Extremely competent, diligent and hard working. Aron went the extra mile to find solutions and deliver on our digital dynamic ads project for Sky Deutschland. His attention to detail and proactive approach made all the difference. I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
Aron extraordinarily kept all processes in hand—PR, marketing, sales, and international relations for Bánkitó Festival. A true renaissance person who plays on multiple instruments. His ability to juggle complex operations while maintaining creativity is rare.
Aron helped us put together an incredible webshop and pushed our business from fully analogue to heavily digitalised. His progressive and critical views challenged us in the best way possible. He didn't just build a website—he transformed how we think about our business.
I've always loved building, taking ideas from zero to something real. Tech, creativity, strategy, storytelling: I play them all, metaphorically speaking. Ventures sit inside culture and community, and a healthy society needs good businesses as much as it needs arts and open argument.
Built a data-based print-on-demand platform for customizable personal gifts. Raised funding, led the team, ran the business. Then it failed. Those lessons, about building, selling and knowing when to quit, shaped everything that came after.
Read my Forbes InterviewPitched Osteroo and secured investment from Peter Balogh, renowned technology angel. Standing in front of investors and defending your own numbers teaches you things no deck ever will.
Read the RTL StoryCo-founder & marketing manager for Budapest-based crazy surrrealist clothing brand. Fashion shows, BiTS Radio parties, webshop ops, lots of Wordpress development. Kind of a professional playground.
We've experimented with videoblogs, music videos for local Hungarian bands, even started an underground cultural magazine called District Zero. Kind of a post-high school motion picture experiment with friends. Learning how to work. Some of them became cinema professionals; I took a different path.
As much as it was an early professional friendship project, this video still takes a special place in my heart.
Field production is chaos. Every decision matters, or you lose the story. I love that pressure. Briefing journalists on political context, "accidentally" trafficking crews across borders for the perfect shot, making split-second calls in the field. But the most important lesson I learned from Hind Hassan at Vice: it always has to speak about (and for) the people affected. The story belongs to them.
Since 2015 I've worked with NYT, Vice, ZDF, Al Jazeera, NRC and many more on politics, Ukraine coverage, field logistics and editorial stuff.

Arts, music and open argument are the infrastructure of a healthy society. They're how we create spaces where people think for themselves and argue in good faith. I've spent years building those spaces, and I think they matter more than almost anything else for the next generation.
Led all communications for one of Hungary's most iconic independent festivals. Marketing campaigns, press relations, international partnerships. Built the buzz, managed the team, connected people across borders.
We always had the most daring and crazy campaigns with Bánkitó, pushing boundaries and making noise that mattered.
Built communication strategy and brand design from scratch for Budapest's iconic underground cultural center. During the government's NGO crackdown, Auróra faced constant administrative attacks. Our intense media approach and supportive community kept us alive: coverage in NYT, Guardian, BBC, ZDF, Arte TV and Der Spiegel became our shield.
Read Magyar Narancs InterviewI had the honor to participate in Eastern Europe's music industry showcase festival. When did you last hear great Estonian bands? Exactly. But they exist, so come to BUSH. Connected V4, Balkans, and Baltics music scenes. Built the brand, ran campaigns, managed communications for 100+ industry professionals across 15 countries.
Ran PPC campaigns, social media strategy, and documentation for Budapest's startup ecosystem event. Worked with partners like Skyscanner, Prezi, Morgan Stanley and Cloudera, building campaigns to pull in attendees from across the region.
Xaver Varnus is one of the world's most celebrated organists and a cultural provocateur. He's performed in the greatest concert halls across five continents, from Notre-Dame to Carnegie Hall, bringing classical organ music to audiences who thought they'd never care about it. Known for his theatrical flair, virtuosity, and ability to make centuries-old music feel urgent and alive. Working with someone operating at that level of excellence and courage changed everything for me.
Xaver hired me and then mentored me. As his tour manager and assistant, I organized sold-out concerts, handled logistics, bookings, social media. But more than that, he showed me the professional world of arts and performing artists from the inside. How discipline, passion, and relentless excellence look in practice.
He railed me onto a journey I'm still on: connecting culture with people, building experiences that matter.
Managed this psych-guitar band through a flash of international career. Showcases across Europe, Russian tour, Moscow Music Week. Brief but intense: the kind of run that teaches you everything about logistics, ambition and what it takes to break through.

Somló-hill has always been home. It took a pandemic to bring us back. Childhood summers at grandma's, volcanic soil, ancient vines. We always dreamt of leaving the city but never had the courage, until COVID gave us the push. Now we're here as much as possible, working with the family winery. It's where I step back far enough to see what I'm doing.
My brother's winery in one of Hungary's most unique volcanic wine regions. Ancient vineyards, natural winemaking, stories in every bottle. It's where tradition meets innovation, and where I reconnect with what matters.

Piano is where I go when I need to think: structure, and room to focus. Modern classical piano has this perfect balance: structured enough to keep you grounded, spacious enough to let your mind work. Hania Rani, Nils Frahm, Max Richter: they get it. Silence matters as much as sound. This is my constant companion for deep work and hard decisions.
